About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across the USA market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT Services Sales, market research, end-to-end deal management, and a deep understanding of modern technology domains such as Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, and Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Database Building

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Build and maintain prospect databases using Google, open-source databases, Sales Navigator, and other paid tools.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify potential gaps and strategic opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Apply value-based selling techniques to position company offerings effectively.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn and Email automation tools, cold calling, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process – from lead generation to closure, including handling leads generated by the BED (Business Engagement & Development) team.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with a focus on the USA market.

Solution & Proposal Management

  • Create sales proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and deliver compelling client presentations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Presales, and Recruitment teams to ensure alignment on goals and client requirements.
  • Drive new account acquisition, growth, and ongoing relationship management.

Technology & Domain Understanding

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Frontend, Backend, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, and GenAI technologies.
  • Understand client technology environments to position relevant IT services like:

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and manage the BDE (Business Development Executive) team, including hiring, training, planning, and performance management.
  • Foster an environment of innovation and collaboration to achieve team objectives.

Networking & Representation

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking meetups to build brand presence and strategic partnerships.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT Services Sales with strong exposure to the USA market.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other sales intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end software service offerings and modern technology trends.
  • Experience managing sales teams and working cross-functionally.
  • Ability to think strategically, innovate, and execute effectively.
