Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead our lead generation efforts in the IT services sector. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy s Execution: Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns using inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
Demand Generation: Implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns through digital marketing, paid media, content marketing, and social media.
Content s Brand Positioning: Create and optimize content such as landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, and whitepapers to attract and nurture leads.
Marketing Automation s CRM Management: Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to track and nurture leads.
SEO s PPC Campaigns: Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels to generate high-quality leads.
Email s Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and leverage LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms for lead nurturing.
Market Research s Analytics: Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize lead generation efforts.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Align marketing and sales efforts by providing qualified leads and supporting sales enablement initiatives.
Performance Metrics s Reporting: Track and report key marketing KPIs, including lead conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Required Skills s Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in B2B lead generation for IT services, SaaS, or technology products.
Proven expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and inbound/outbound marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Strong communication and copywriting skills to craft compelling marketing messages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Preferred certifications: Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Marketing, or Digital Marketing certifications.
