Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Selection process
  • Should be an expert in general HR Admin activities.
  • Should implement and monitor Employee Relations processes.
  • Should have strong experience in designing, planning, and execution of all aspects of training programs, delivery, and evaluation of feedback and effectiveness of training.
  • Manage end-to-end (induction to exit) HR responsibilities for the respective business units and promote a healthy relationship between HR and the business.
  • Interact with Business heads and senior PMs to periodically capture People Function requirements for the business.
