We're looking for passionate technologists who want to lead client engagements and take responsibility for delivering complex technical projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for targeting ISVs and Enterprise customers with outsourcing needs.
  • Support Inside sales teams to achieve their target and lead by example
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Coditude’s service offerings and identify key growth and lead generation strategies.
  • Generate leads through a targeted account-based approach, outbound prospecting, and calling on inbound leads
  • Build and expand the lead database and maintain CRM data quality. Design and execute campaigns working closely with the CSO and management team.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability, proficiency in sales automation systems (Salesforce/Zoho) analytics and reporting, plus managing teams to update and enforce the system.


Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of sales experience in the outsourcing industry with exposure to international markets (US)
  • Graduate or Post Graduate in Business, Sales & Marketing, Technology, or a similar field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and social media skills for lead generation
  • Ability to develop executive-level relationships and lead strategic initiatives with the customer, and present Coditude’s value proposition to C-level executives.
  • Superior writing, presentation, and overall communication skills, ability to develop proposals and presentations that convey the business need and client benefit.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and number-driven.
