We're looking for passionate technologists who want to lead client engagements and take responsibility for delivering complex technical projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outreach strategies for targeting ISVs and Enterprise customers with outsourcing needs.
Support Inside sales teams to achieve their target and lead by example
Develop a thorough understanding of Coditude’s service offerings and identify key growth and lead generation strategies.
Generate leads through a targeted account-based approach, outbound prospecting, and calling on inbound leads
Build and expand the lead database and maintain CRM data quality. Design and execute campaigns working closely with the CSO and management team.
Lead the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability, proficiency in sales automation systems (Salesforce/Zoho) analytics and reporting, plus managing teams to update and enforce the system.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of sales experience in the outsourcing industry with exposure to international markets (US)
Graduate or Post Graduate in Business, Sales & Marketing, Technology, or a similar field
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and social media skills for lead generation
Ability to develop executive-level relationships and lead strategic initiatives with the customer, and present Coditude’s value proposition to C-level executives.
Superior writing, presentation, and overall communication skills, ability to develop proposals and presentations that convey the business need and client benefit.
Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and number-driven.
